All orders require full upfront payment. Since each product is made specifically for your request, once printed, it cannot be returned or resold. For this reason, custom orders are non-refundable.

Refunds (when applicable) are processed through the original payment method—credit card or e-transfer—and may take 15 to 25 business days. Processing times are determined by the payment provider, not All Stars Attire.

Absolutely. We use SSL-encrypted systems for all transactions and do not store any card details. Your personal data is safe with us. Please note: a 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card payments. E-transfers are fee-free.

Due to the nature of screen printing, a few garments may be removed from the batch if they don’t pass our Quality Assurance (e.g., misprints, smudges, or holes). These items will be credited back to you. If anything with defects slips through, contact us immediately—we’ll resolve the issue quickly.

Clients are responsible for providing legally licensed or owned artwork. All Stars Attire prints designs exactly as submitted and assumes no legal responsibility for copyright violations. The client must ensure they have full rights to all submitted designs.
