Step 1
CREATE Logo & Mockups
- Submit logos in vector format. Check our File Prep Guide for more details.
- We will redraw logo fror your products in the next 2-3 business days.
- We will prepare one mockup (design) and send it to you for approval. You may request additional mockups for a nominal fee.
Step 2
Finalize Order Sheet
- Upon lthe design finalization, you will receive an order sheet to be completed in excel format
- Please note that no changes are permitted post-submission of the Order Sheet.
- You will receive an invoice from us depending on your Order Sheet.
Step 3
PAYMENT & PRODUCTION
- Pay the entire amount to have us started on the production. We accept E-Transfer and all major credit and debit cards.
- We will communicate the delivery date. The production timelines varies per product. So, please refer to the product detail or FAQs section for the timelines.
- We will send you a notification once the production is completed.
Step 4
GET YOUR CUSTOM ITEMS
- Hooray! The production is complete. It's time to collect your items.
- We will notify you about the status and also the pickup/shipping options.
- Get your items and get ready to flaunt them!
